i was actually looking forward to your reply and am open to suggestions. ive been working on not so much lowering but 'improving' my carb intake. basically, the highest GI 'food' that i eat is a banana. breads/bagels are all 12 grain. long grain brown or wild rice. no potatos. whole wheat pasta. i eat alot of fruit tho. |
long/wild/whole/12/etc grains are still grains Fat will keep you fuller longer, no insulin spike, lots of calories.. Well at the very least I think you should give it a shot... You can switch back if you don't like it after a month ;) |

Yup, try other nut butters too. And coconut milk should be a staple of any diet, weight loss or weight gain. |
