body types meh, blow threw it with eating and hard training, yeah some people are gifted with genetics but there are ways around it, telling the world u cant gain weight will get you nothing. |

FML did anyone see my broke ass limping out of SC? Dropped a fucking 25lb plate square on my toe because it was on the wrong pin, so when I pulled off a 10 a 25 fell with it. Toes completely blue and hurting like a bitch. I'm fucking choked, I started so strong too, warmed up 225x12 on rack pull, was gonna go for 405 today :( So mad right now. Had to drive home with my left foot ontop of that, that was awkward as hell. if I can move my big toe I'm assuming its not broken right? just really swollen? |

Ouch. Yah not a lot you can do. Just wait for it to heal. Friend dropped an 80lb dumbbell on my toe back in the day. Luckily just bruised. We were laughing about it last night. Did a traditional chest (incline, flat, flys) and shoulder (press, raises, shrugs) split routine. Was too sore for squats after a 10k run Monday and a long bike ride. Free gym though. It's a work gym with benches, dumbbells up to 90lbs and lots of machines. |

Got the 100lb dumbbells up for 5 reps of incline chest press yesterday, with only a spot required on the last rep. Haven't done that in probably 2 years, and I'm 10lbs lighter than I was back then. Feels GOOD today! |

Got some codeine from the doc, time to mix it with vodka and write crappy rap songs lol .... At the ER, wearing my hulk shirt, nurse said "oh hulk shirt, that's fitting for you" :D So my toe's got a very small fracture, according to the doc I should be fine in a few days. If I feel better tomorrow I'm hitting shoulders hard. |
new PR 405x8 squats to just below parallel :) gonna go for a 1RM anyone have an idea what that equates to? thatta boy Dhillion09 work around it. When I mangled my shoulder I just worked legs twice as hard. |
