put dumbells in a backpack and do parallel squats, jump as high as you can with dumbbells in both hands, and do some lunges that's what i did :fullofwin: |

Same I am bored of 5x5 and tired of sore legs from squatting. I want to do more running again and do a few more half marathons in 2012. Did back/bi/tri tonight Not giving up dead lift though! Still want to hit 3 plates more than 2 reps. It's crazy to feel the pump in the arms again. Trying to put collar down on my jacket, can't reach lol |

i think its been like 2 times in 2 weeks that a guy has walked into the squat rack while im doing a set of squats/deadlifts, taken a plate off, looked at me and proceeded to ask me if im using that weight mid-lift and then continue staring at me. fucking retards at sc. |
