Waiting for equipment sucks, but I think having someone looking all annoyed when you tell them you have a few more sets to go, and then proceed to stand right next to you with their hands on their hips waiting for you to finish is even worse.
THIS. That happened to me one time using our ONE squat rack. I told the guy I would have 2 or 3 more sets, and I have to rest between them, and that he should maybe do something else and I'll let him know when I am done so nobody cuts in. He proceeded to stand RIGHT behind me while I worked, pacing back and forth and jumping around "warming up" with a pissed off look on his face. So I was in extra no-hurry mode
I never ask to work in when possible, just go find something else to do. I hate it when people ask me, so I just figure I'd offer the same courtesy. Unless I see someone really dragging ass, sitting there doing nothing while I could have finished my whole workout.

Couldnt do deadlifts or squats this morning.. lower back refused to co-operate. Felt like i was heaving with something, just below the lumbar vertebraes. Will try squatting 185 on monday, db pressing 50 and deadlifting 195
something about morning workouts really lower my strength, especially for squats, so i try to avoid them as much as i can, i lift around the same as you, squat 170 5x5 a2g, trying 175 tomorrow, deadlift 245x5 @140lbs
also got bored of 5x5 as well, it helped alot though, going back to regular training monday, planning on doing smolov jr 3 week routine for bench, in a month or 2

Yeah.. cheated a bit today and got some pump going. Im 20lbs lighter than you, guess if i gain 20lbs ill be lifting as much as you do .
Same I am bored of 5x5 and tired of sore legs from squatting. I want to do more running again and do a few more half marathons in 2012.
Did back/bi/tri tonight Not giving up dead lift though! Still want to hit 3 plates more than 2 reps.
It's crazy to feel the pump in the arms again. Trying to put collar down on my jacket, can't reach lol

HAHHAA! For me that day, i just completely fucked off for 30mins after i finished with my shoulder workout. No Big Deal.

Happened to me a few times. You think I just left 280lbs on the squat rack with the clips on? Maybe ask someone before you start removing plates. *end rant*
