yup its a cross fit section. they really need more dumbells i think and more benchs for the free weights.. i hate the people that go there and "hang out"

I drink so much milk on a daily basis it's stupid. I stepped it up after reading hal0s posts about drinking a 4 litre of choc milk eeerday
Going to Mexico in 2 months, need to cut about 10-15 lbs. Been bulking a year and a half, finally time to see what everything looks like underneath all that fat.
I understand that I have to eat less than my caloric requirement and severely limit my (bad) carbs. It just, i'm peaking right meow in my squat numbers. I typically can't walk for days later, and its so hard to eat less than my caloric intake when i can feel every muscle fibre torn in my legs. I've gotten into this habit of eating like a beast the day after squats. I have this attitude of "i can eat whatever the fuck i want, i did squats yesterday"
Did smith machine rows today, I can already feel a burning in my mid lats

No doubt! I would love to do early morning before work. I find squating big is reallllly tough first thing in the morning.
