wow i need to make my workout more efficient, don't feel like i'm giving it my best at the gym :okay:

V4NC1TY 10-23-2011 06:00 PM

stubborn triceps, haven't changed in size for almost 6 months :okay:

TouringTeg 10-23-2011 06:29 PM

Dead lift with 3 plates... still stuck at 2 reps.

Trainer at my gym steps up to squat racks, warms up, then squats 4 plates like it's nothing. Throws on another 25 on each side... no problem. I'm jelly.
He's admitted he does roids tho.

I can never make my outer triceps head sore.. the part that sticks out when ur looking at someone from a front view.. its always the inner back part that's sore. What exercises directly trigger that?

yea u mad

What's that, 135lbs? I feel like I could almost do that :suspicious: I can max out the machine (200lbs) for a full 8 reps but that of course is a lot easier than a free bar. I have a headcold but I'm going to do arms tonight.

At least the trainer is obviously in shape and knows what he's doing. I swear most if not all the trainers at my gym are not fit at all, especially the women. I for one wouldn't want a personal trainer that isn't even capable of taking care of themselves.

I'm telling ya!

Try it on the seated cable machine. Stick your knees under the brace, and you can pull more weight.

Holy fuck, one of the best workouts ever. The concentration, the pump, and the fact that I'm an inch away from squatting over double my weight...fuck nothing can go wrong right now

Had a horrible workout last night ... was deadlifting around 185x10, 225x6, 275x5 (struggling) .... I used to be able to do 275x10 ... fucking injury. I can't lift nowhere near what I used to and I can't train legs at all. This is a shitty feeling for sure :okay: can't seem to get the range of motion back into my hips either, can't sink my ass down and use my quads/hams to get the weight off the ground.

On the plus side, creatine with green tea = my arms feel like they've grown out of nowhere, and my bench is finally going up. Lifting weights that I've never lifted before without a spot feels damn good. Give it another week I'll be back in the squat rack (hopefully) :fullofwin:

hal0g0dv2 10-25-2011 11:44 AM

^^^ told yeah about the creatine it's money
