thinking about it... my back has been injured quite a bit are there any protection I can wear while I do squats and dead-lifts etc? seen some people wear like something on them before (have no idea what is it called) |

Yah I am stuck at 315x2 reps for DL as well. I DL with socks only but I still haven't tried chalk. I'll start doing rackpulls. I used to do power shrugs on shoulder days I will start it again at the end of my work out. Really want 315x5! |

Rack pulls are really helping my DLs. I've been at them for 2-3 weeks now and I've been able to pull up 3 reps of my old max (4 plates each side) Posted via RS Mobile |
finally the back is feeling better but i just stuck to the machines yesterday hopefully i can get on the free weights next week |
