Just to add to that, don't forget the weight you leg press does not equal weight you can squat. I saw some kid in my gym collaspe under 3 plates and mess his back up, when we helped him up, his explanation was that he leg pressed 3 plates easy so he figured he could squat 3 plates easy.
Upper chest, fuller chest in general , back
You have a good physique you can tell what stands out just focus on parts that lag a bit Posted via RS Mobile
Been focusing on chest / shoulders mostly to help rebuild the damage caused by my accident earlier in the year. I work my back pretty hard but can't seem to grow wings like I want Might need more Red Bull.
Sounds like you work your back well, what would you say are your top three exercises that bring results? I think at this point I've stagnated in my current routine and I need to switch things up to confuse my muscles again. Currently at 207lbs.
felt like hal0g0dv3 today, hit deadlift 5plates 4 reps, burst a blood vessel in eye and got a nosebleed but not a single fuck was given
nasty bro

Starting GOMAD today, but starting at only about 1 liter first on top of my diet.
Like I told you guys earlier, I want to gain 15 lbs, its only been 1 week and Ive put on 4 lbs I know some of that is water, but Im hoping not all of it.
FYI, I tried this "Athletic Edge PreSurge" pre workout pills, and they suck, very little pump.
I tried 2 scoops of WHITE FLOOD today and all it did was make me pee a lot, and give me a red face. I did find my HIIT to go better at the end, but I also started taking beta alanine again so... Posted via RS Mobile

how much do you guys do for barbell rows? Posted via RS Mobile
185 for 4 reps pendalay row style. (attempted 5 rep PR month ago, failed at 4 reps)
155 5x5 currently (last time I worked out).
I've noticed since I started doing pendelay rows with a wide grip (same as bench grip) my bench has gone up, go figure.
@ phozy .. I don't wanna post again cuz I already posted twice on this page, but I started doing rotator cuff exercises, and started doing more barbell exercises, and I stopped getting randomly hurt on shoulders.
^Depends how bad your shoulder is I really recommend taking time off working out... as soon as your shoulder develops a real problem it really fucks up your lifting career and youre never gonna be 100% again.
Phozy - did you suffer some kind of injury with your right shoulder? If so what happened? Might give us some insight on how to help you bring it back to life.
Did a bit of an endurance test lastnight. Did strictly squats, flat bench, and deadlifts and focused very hard on my form and making sure I was flexing and holding through each rep. Not gonna lie I think I almost shit myself on my last set of deadlifts, I was completely exhausted. It hurt getting out of bed today but after loosening up in the shower I feel supercharged! Here were my sets:
We'll see how I feel tomorrow when the stiffness really hits. I think I might do this once a week, rotating which exercise I do the full pyramid set and gradually try and increase the weight.
