You called me bullshitter on my 4 plate dips through PM. You said post a video or it didn't happen. Way to take what i said out of context. quoting a single sentence of mine, Yes... i can very well do that. I just did that bench on my last workout. and you can watch me do both of them at BW FW, i'm there usually between 5 and 7 bullshit peak hours. Its sucks at that time but its the only time i have to workout. I'm tired of this. I'm out.

and if you're doing that at that body weight, then you must be ~5% body weight or less, and i don't think you have that much respect to have that.

Well no, its dif for evrery person. For me,I have work, I find it difficult to workout 3x a week with only 6hrs of sleep and school. But as long as I hit those 2 days good, I keep up with the program

Do you even read? In an interview he said he religiously squatted for 5-6yrs before doing other variations.

^ I can honestly say i did not know that.
I just thought he never squatted cause in a video i saw recently he said himself that he doesnt squat due to his body structure. anyways guess im wrong

Is it weird or strange that front squats feel more natural for me and i can do 155 (max from back squat) for 2-3 reps

Are you going as low as you would on a back squat?

I squat 315lb as a 1-2RM, and I can barely front squat 185lb

Woo time for my monthly super heavy day! What a great workout.

Hard to imagine that when I started 8 weeks ago or so, I could barely do more than 1 rep bodyweight chinup. Now I did reps at bw + 45 lbs. So like 250 lbs chins

Also, haven't done bench press in ages, like probably not since February. And knocked out 2 plates per side decline bench. Finally, pulled a record 275 lbs deadlift for 10 reps. Then 18 mins of HIIT, and my bpm barely hits 170 now. And this is all on sub calories, and fasted
