whatssss I like how some of you are saying you guys are small and im weighing around 150lb standing at 5'11! =*(
My diet's pretty solid for a while now but I haven't noticed much of a weight gain yet. Any thoughts on that?
These would be the majority of the things I eat: flax seed bread, pbj sanwiches, brown rice, milk. Currently on creatine and taking Mutant Mass for protein.
I do have a fast metabolism and I go TKD every Mon/Wed for 2 hours and work out every other day except Sat/Sunday.

150lbs at 5'11" is tiny
i should know, that was me last summer
in 10 months of working out and eating my face off ive managed to stay solidly between 160 and 165 and i still look pinner

eat more meat, throw more weight, and remember, this is a long hard process, but o so worth it, ive never felt better in my life

Dont worry bro, I'm right there with you. The hardest part is forcing yourself to eat more lol

pretty sure it was halogod who brought up the "true protein"
For the past few months i've been on muscle milk, mainly because it tastes amazing (cake batter, cookies n creme)
From what i've read its not wise to have it post workout because its a very slow digesting protein.
Anyways back to the question, the site has so many variations of protein im leaning more towards the whey blend.....but do these tubs come flavorless, and then i buy flavor packets? and if you've tried it before what are some of the best flavors?
Not to sound vaginal but i'm tired of proteins that taste like chalk and require chase!!

If you buy the recession deals, you'll need to buy flavor packs, unless you can tolerate unflavored whey. Otherwise you can select the flavor you want if you purchasing the non recession deal.

As for flavors, I've only tired two, wild berry and premium very berry strawberry. If you like drinking your shakes and savoring the flavor, order the premium. Otherwise order the non-premium or non flavor if you're on a budget or don't care about taste.

And one flavor pack is good for about 10lbs of protein. Of course depending how sweet you're making each shake.

nice, i just did 3 days straight of nothing but pork/chicken w/ brocolli/carrots and tomorow is my carb refeed day... i always thought it was BS when ppl said no carbs was hard to do but mentally it took a noticeable toll... thinking of adding in a little fruit on the no carb days

is the only carbs you getting from the trace carbs in veggies?

Broccoli + meat is awesome...i eat it all the time

I'm eating low carb and it's definitely hard to cut it out..esp when there are so many temptations...
Ideally, I get my carbs from veggies, leafy greens, fruits...
