I felt pretty beast doing deadlifting today but my grip is totally fucked. I can double overhand any weight with straps (obviously).

I can mix grip any weight, but only if I have my left hand under, right hand over. The opposite does not work, and when I first started working out I wouldn't rotate my under/over hand and as a result it seems like my one trap is slightly bigger than the other. Ever since I noticed that, straps all the time, but I sell use doubler overhand on warmup, and every once in awhile a working set, just to make sure my forearms stay strong.

Arms are currently 15 inches unflexed cold, 16.5 inches flexed cold
Last 2 days been sitting at 208 lbs first thing in the morning

could start with 200grams of carbs and work your way down to 100G, Keep protien high, keep the fat high " thanks skinny" it will help you tons when you are not getting the normal amount of carbs. Coconut milk peanut butter were my best friends. Still try to eat lots of food but just watch your carb intake, try to cut out all types of breads and grains. Tons of meat and eggs lots of veggies not so much fruit.

bulking is a whole diff ball game, when i bulk its game over lol prob like 800-1000 grams of carbs lol

haha no,
super store one time had whole wheat pasta on sale like the catteli or w/e this was like last or year or before, for like 1.50 and i had 50 cent coupons, i think i bought 100 boxes or something like that maybe around there. i emailed the company and got the coupons, when you bulk you have to shop smart. when you see meat on sale buy it all ( bacon was on sale so we bought it all jk). there was one point when i was bulking i was actually eating whole wheat pasta out of a zip lock bag cold talk about dedication. When people say bulk i get so serious lol cause i know what it takes to get there. Some ppl think bulking is gaining 10 pounds and "cutting". But when you bulk you start slow i did not eat 8k calories a day at the starting, i started slow and worked my way up. I knew i had to gain weight i was 6'7 and 180 pounds lol.

I was watching mike Changs videos today
and he was talking about increasing metabolism rate to lose weight

but he never really explained how to

so off my mind is eating more meals but smaller portion and also working out more parts of the body to make the body need more calories?

any suggestion RS?

Sigh.. I have to wake up earlier to eat, otherwise I die in the middle of my workout
Glutes and hams need work, that's the only thing stoppig me from DLing 225

Right now I spend like $150 a month on food and I'm bulking..

3 weeks of the month I'm at work though and all my food is covered... Typical day for me @ work

12 eggs + 2 cups of cottage cheese + 3 cups of milk
cup of cottage cheese + sandwich (three times a day for breaks + lunch)
liter of milk during the day
preworkout shake
as much food as I can fit in my stomach after the gym + 3 cups of chocolate milk

I'm guessing I'd be around $30+ a day on food when I'm working.
