I felt pretty beast doing deadlifting today but my grip is totally fucked. I can double overhand any weight with straps (obviously). I can mix grip any weight, but only if I have my left hand under, right hand over. The opposite does not work, and when I first started working out I wouldn't rotate my under/over hand and as a result it seems like my one trap is slightly bigger than the other. Ever since I noticed that, straps all the time, but I sell use doubler overhand on warmup, and every once in awhile a working set, just to make sure my forearms stay strong. btw cool bb related desktop i started using http://articles.elitefts.com/wp-cont...-bar-crowd.jpg |

Arms are currently 15 inches unflexed cold, 16.5 inches flexed cold Last 2 days been sitting at 208 lbs first thing in the morning |

When people say bulk i get so serious lol cause i know what it takes to get there. Some ppl think bulking is gaining 10 pounds and "cutting". But when you bulk you start slow i did not eat 8k calories a day at the starting, i started slow and worked my way up. I knew i had to gain weight i was 6'7 and 180 pounds lol. |

I was watching mike Changs videos today and he was talking about increasing metabolism rate to lose weight but he never really explained how to so off my mind is eating more meals but smaller portion and also working out more parts of the body to make the body need more calories? any suggestion RS? thanks cant help but ask, SUPERSHOPPER your 125 pounds? how tall are you? |

Right now I spend like $150 a month on food and I'm bulking.. 3 weeks of the month I'm at work though and all my food is covered... Typical day for me @ work 12 eggs + 2 cups of cottage cheese + 3 cups of milk cup of cottage cheese + sandwich (three times a day for breaks + lunch) liter of milk during the day preworkout shake as much food as I can fit in my stomach after the gym + 3 cups of chocolate milk I'm guessing I'd be around $30+ a day on food when I'm working. |
