i am 15 also turning 16 in dec, i started taking UN creatine mono 7 or 8 days ago and started eating more 12 days ago/planning my meals helped a lot i am a hardgainer, since then i have gained 7lbs, but my cheeks and under my chin have gotten noticably fatter :(, i plan on gaining another 20lbs by february 15th (also bet a buddy $100 i'd reach my goal weight by then so that helps motivate me) and then cut slowly until summer, main things i eat r eggs raw oats homo milk whole wheat toast chicken breast grounf beef mutant mass my question is after cutting do people usually lose the gained fat on their cheeks & under chin/neck area? I was just wondering, how do you guys go heavy all week? I feel that if i go heavy on chest and back, i can't push myself to do my max's on arms/shoulder and sometimes legs. |
Depends how much you lower your bf% when you cut, but yeah if you do a proper cut and get to like 10% bf you'll lose the fat you gained in your face. |

BCAAs i have 2 tubs of it, 1 tub i got for free from relfex, another tub my friend got for free and sold to me for $5, i used it but after reading into it a bit more am going to start saving it until later when i begin cutting in February or when i reach my goal weight, reduces muscle loss, helps with endurance and recovery, these things won't really be a factor during bulking since your taking in a surplus of calories anyways but yea overall it is kind of a lot |
