I've taken it before and I'm still alive. Accutane is honestly a last resort for acne if nothing else works. You'll be taking blood tests quite often and be closely examined every month when on it.
Best bet is to stay away from it as I'm sure there are a ton of other prescriptive drugs out there these days that do less future side-effects as Accutane does apparently.
Simple way to keep the bacne off. Shower immediately after the gym, hot water, then rinse body with cold. Hot water till dry out your skin which may trick your body into creating more unneeded body oils. Drink water and lots of it. Its working for me so far.
Then again, everyone's different. Quote:

, healthy joints, a healthy cardiovascular system, etc i got it from some health store, whey protein post workout, mutant mass to help get a lot of calories in even though buying it wasn't necessary just an easy and convenient way to add 1000-1500 calories on top of regular foods.
creatine mono with green tea from my understanding: to raise atp levels in body, makes you stronger, because of that, you're going to lift heavier and increase the gain from your workouts. It allows you to lift heavier weights, making it possible to get better workouts, which makes it easier to gain muscle.
2 pre workouts because i'm almost out of 1mr after its out will be using neurocore, but i don't use pre workouts every workout only on days im tired from school and not sleeping enough due to studying etc, EAS creatine is unopened i got for free months ago, barely looked at it.
BCAAs i have 2 tubs of it, 1 tub i got for free from relfex, another tub my friend got for free and sold to me for $5, i used it but after reading into it a bit more am going to start saving it until later when i begin cutting in February or when i reach my goal weight, reduces muscle loss, helps with endurance and recovery, these things won't really be a factor during bulking since your taking in a surplus of calories anyways
but yea overall it is kind of a lot | Still seems a lot to me for your age. As Halos favourite quote speaks, "Stick with real food."
I was a hard gainer and somewhat still am back then and I tried mass gainers. Was not appetizing at all. Stuck with the potatoes, beef, eggs and milk. Gained 45lbs gradually within a year and a half.
Patience is key. Quote:

I wanna get my bench up. Any tips? Been using the powerlifting form with an arched back.
On a side note, really liking the declines/inclines press: I feel a lot more tension in my chest than with bench

Never used to have bacne ever, had a little bit of back hair and a friend suggested I wax it, it was summer so I said sure why not. Ended up getting bacne from that and it never went away after that. My back used to look perfect and I never really cared about taking off my shirt, now it looks like pimply crap and I'm always self conscious going swimming/anywhere I gotta take my shirt off I wish I never waxed my back that one time, worst decision ever. The hair wasn't even that major, just fuzz mostly. It is slowly getting better, but its taking forever and I gotta be really careful not to scratch my back or it gets worse.

Sucks man, I've had pimples for 6 years, (mostly on my face and 10% on my back)
I took accutane for a month and it went away. Then it came back, and I took it again for a month. Now, it's back again.
I've also noticed that they tend to be more red after a workout.
Can't wait to pump again. Maybe I have too much testosterone in my body |

Actually that Dead number isn't accurate. Havent tried new 1RM but I can pull 3 reps of 405 now so Im thinking I can probably toss more weight on

When you guys are sharing your "club" numbers, are you actually doing these 1RM lifts? Or just calculating it from whatever?
Because for me, if I can get weight off the ground, or off my chest, then I can usually do more than 1 rep, if it's the first set...

I like to do 1RM's at the end of each month to see if I'm progressing in strength or not.

I max out once every two months. Or at the end of my cycles.
Last 1RM a month and a half ago:
Deadlifts 425
Bench 285

Skinny usually if your actually going for a 1RM that's all you do. Start with a couple easy warm up sets then jump into a pretty heavy set, then increase until you can't do a full rep, 1 rep at a time with adequate rest without getting cold. I try not to do more than 5 heavy reps when trying for 1RM. You can usually tell pretty quick what your max is going to be.
Splmash those are some decent numbers.
Berz out.

Exactly what Berz said. I usually do a heavy stretch then a light warm-up into heavy sets of 3-5 reps. Then jump into single reps and increase from there. Diving into your 1RMs seems unsafe unless you previously knew your 1RM from before and work from there.

I know my 3RMs, that's what I was doing this week. I imagine 1rm is just another 5-10 lbs depending on lift.
What's your 1rm for chin ups? I'm going to find mine next time. I am guessing. BW + 45-55 lbs
