It helps to concentrate on locking your shoulders up so the bar is near the back of your head. As soon as it leans forward, it'll make you fall

Fell like such a fucken boss doing them

Although I am too pussy to do numbers as high as my squat OR my OH press

Does anyone here OHP their body weight? I'm currently doing 75% of my body weight for reps and hoping to be repping body weight next year some time.

I weigh roughly 152, and can overhead press 145lb for 1-2 seated.

Not sure about standing, but assuming about 135 or somewhere around there.

Anyone know any good deals for 2lbs or 5lbs of protein? Or maybe strykn can go to costco for me and pick up a tub?

The cheapest place you can find brand name protein (such as ON) locally will probably be at xFuel. I believe it's like $59.95 for a 5lb tub of ON whey. Not bad considering that it's $45 + tax & time on Bodybuilding.

Kaisen Isolate from Costco. $39 for 4.4lbs. often on sale for $30.

I buy off svn canada, its free shipping, usually get order the next day. They throw in T-shirts, shaker cups, and protein bars if your order is over a certain amount too

Standing OH press is MUCH more difficult than seated, there would probably be more than a 10lb difference between seated and standing.

wow what a coincidence. i was just looking up the same stuff. http://www.revscene.net/forums/57219...ivitamins.html dug up an old thread and everyone seems to suggest:
opti-men, animal pak, NOW adam, orange triad.

the thing i don't understand though, is that according to Optimum Opti-Men at Bodybuilding.com: Lowest Prices for Opti-Men , optimen are tablets...but skinny says there to take capsules instead of tablets but recommends optimen
