Been off the PWO for 2 weeks and was consistantly curling 90s for 8x8 on the cable machines.....yesterday I decided to take a scoop of 1MR again just for shits and giggles...curled 140 for 6x6 on cable machine.
Feels good bro.

I did the same thing about 1.5 years ago. I was pushing as much as I could on the leg press. Popped, major headache. From that moment on, anytime I tried to push I would get an instantaneous headache. I had to take some time off, let it heal. From the reading I did, I figured I was breathing improperly. Your BP spikes huge when you don't breath, I think I burst something. It's all ok now. Breath grasshopper.
lol yea thats what it sound like, except ususally with an aneurysm you die.

There's this little nigglet kid that works out at my gym. He's definitely got dem der black genetics. Looks like a brick but weak as fuck. He's always mirin me in the gym and trying to emulate my workouts. He just floats around from machine to machine normally with no real plan. He's asked me a few pointers and I'm usually glad to help. Today I was at the end of my chest workout doing my seated cable fly's (start incline and work down to flat with each set) He asked if he could try with me and I said Ok. I had the weights at 50lbs and instructed him to maintain good form or don't do it at all. He says ok grabs dem der handles and proceeds to almost pull himself out of the chair. He's like "I should take some weight off" I lol'd and said yea probably. He proceeded to lower it down to 20lbs and we proceeded from there. I went up 5 lbs each set as the incline lowered. At the end he says "Man your fucking Strong" I was like but inside I was like

notsureifsrs...lol. Curling with cable machines or curling in general is not really my exercise of choice.
I prefer my rackpulls and benching with dumbells...to me, this is my best bang.

power lifting bench is not going to get you a good shaped chest, flat bench is more or less a number game yeah u can get some size off it but its not going to get you that Arnold chest. i don't do flat bench that much anymore can barley rep 4 plates now
Dont get me wrong bench is great and i love doing it, i just am at a point were heavy bench is just going to screw my shoulders, much rather do incline stuff and various flys and other things to work the chest now
give it a rest.. i get that at least once a month, trying giving it a massage when you have time, limit the motion of your head. 2 days tops youll be fine
