This should come as a shock to no one, but man, hongers have no locker room etiquette at all. On one side of me there was a guy clipping his nails and on the other someone had their foot up on the counter so he could dry his taint with the hair dryer

Sounds like the Langara YMCA.

Anyways, I'm putting another order for BB.com this weekend. There's a couple guys splitting already. Let me know if anyone wants to join in too.

Seeing someone with shitty form

Someone questions your strength

Seeing a hot chick watching you lift some heavy ass weights

Plates falling off your bar when you forget the clips

Seeing someone's plates falling off their bar

Dropping weights on your foot

Someone doing quarter reps and then flexing at the mirror

You finish your set without your spotter's help

Your biceps looking jacked after your workout

Your legs all sore the next day

Hal0 walks into the gym

OKAY. Back to studying.

Yea foam rolling really does hit all the right spots and it's fun hearing your back pop. If you want more pressure I usually hold my hands up as I'm rolling and then put them behind my head for more pressure. Where you hold your arms determines how much weight (pressure) you get on your back. Love a good Hamstring roll

I feel constantly fatigued doing each muscle twice a week.... dunno if this is a good thing or a bad thing. Fuark decisions decisions....

Berz out.

I'm actually not getting anything for myself but a shaker. I buy my skinny friends protein for x mas every year. Motivation? Sure. Making fun of them? Of course.

PM me your exact order and I'll figure out what the prorated shipping fee per person (according to how much your portion is)

Been doing strong lifts of 13 months now (bench press and push ups) and am not happy with the results of my chest.

Can you recommend some good chest work? I used to do: incline chest db, flat bench chest db, flat bench flys db, crossover cable flys
