Haven't worked out in 3 days and it's killing me. Pretty sick right now, got a brutal sore throat and cold chills. I tried it out in my noob days, when i didn't know a thing about lifting, and my forearms went to popeyes size in 3 days. I could tell there was soo much water floating around in there. From what I remember it tasted like absolute shit too, but i'm going to Mexico at the end of the month, so time to get watered up! I kinda want to buy some hemp protein too, pretty expensive tho :heckno: |

for those of you that do stronglifts program.. did you ever get an injury from constantly doing heavy training? I mean 1 week hard and 1 week moderate is one thing, but to be constantly lift heavy shit destroys your joints no? |
The stronglifts program actually provides a lot of rest for each muscle group. Other than the legs and lower back of course as that is constantly getting worked. Berz out. |

i've been doing starting strength, which is 3x5 like strong lift but only 3x5. pretty beat from going heavy and having a new pr every day |
since i just started the stronglift, all my weights are LIGHT as fuh lol so right now i can't complain. But i would assume as the program goes on and the weights increase it will. I remember when i was doing 3x5 strength training it would hurt a lot cus it was BAM straight into HARD weights instead of gradually increasing into it. That's why i stopped at like..3 weeks last time lol |

DL'd 3 sets for 3 @ 345lbs and 2 sets for 4 @ 335lbs. While doing that, 2 fat asses curling in the squat rack talking about taking celltech. :seriously: Terrible form as well. Posted via RS Mobile |
My back is fatigued as Fuark today. Managed 3 reps @ 405 first attempt then struggled with 1 rep so dropped back down to 3 plates and repped 5 then shrugged that shit. I psych up myself pretty good when going for heavy DL. People stare at me cuz I make noise and talk to myself lol I would get banned from Planet Fitness for sure but then they see the 4 plates per side and they start mirin. I've only seen one guy at the gym lift heavier than that so far :fuckyea: I'm gonna take a week off from DL though as my back is really really tired tonight. Can't wait to start pulling 5 plates. Berz out. |
