^ whenever i do deads i take a week or 2 off and hit the legs hard, i find if i am doing deads all the time i never go up in strength. Take some time off and it works wonders for deads
did deads for first time in forever (like 4 months fml)

which lower body workouts do yall recommend to get my legs strong as possible, trying to increase my vertical leap at least 5 inches asap.
I do the pistols for my core, works for legs too but i need weight resistance to get strength in legs so i can push off higher and harder

Apparently people in Toronto think I know what i'm doing. Was asked by three separate people today questions on exercises. I guess it's not as special when the gym is packed with 100% out of shape people. Still feels good haha
Did stronglifts 5x5 myself. Just keep in if you brahs are looking for aesthetics, this is NOT the program to do. 5x5 is strictly for functional strength. Posted via RS Mobile

Some douchebag was running around the gym floor topless while working out today. Come on, nobody wants to see your body, and it's even worst when you put your sweaty ass body on the benches and machines.
