what type of headphones do you guys use? I have the Bose IE2 but it feels like the music is leeching out as the earphone isn't completely in my ear Posted via RS Mobile
I like it because it stays in my ears while i workout and run. The sound quality is imo is pretty good 4/5... the only problem with it, like all neckband headphones is you have to angle it down towards your neck while on the flat bench or incline bench if your head is touching the bench. The headphone is also detachable from the volume switch if you have a music player wrap around your arm. Overall i give this a 8/10.
There are several other models within the 680 series which is similar to this. I got this because it best suited my ears.
I bought it from BestBuy. Their return policy is very good for headphones. You can wear them and within 30 days you don't like them, you get a full refund.
fuck thats alot of weight. but his knees are locked when the bar is barely passing them and he turns it into a stiff leg dl. it looks like the only thing holding him together is the belt.
I'm looking for headphones too. Preferably the noise-isolating variety. I use these right now, JVC HA EB75-A - headphones Review | ZDNet , but they're not very good at keeping out external noise.
wasn't too sure about them but got to try them out, shits fuckin awesome.. so light and the control is super easy to use. i also ran while using them and they never budged.
how do you guys manage to get your body over the bar when doing muscle ups?
pullups are no problem, but i can't seem to get my body over the bar for the muscleup

It's all technique and practice. But if you don't think you can do it, you'll never be able to do it.
Put your mind to it and practice. It doesn't matter how stupid you look to begin with, you'll look like a BAUSSSS once you're able to do it.

Like I've said before, it's really about when your body capable of doing one. When your body is able to do it, you'll do it.
I never really did any training for it. Religiously did weighted pullups during workouts and it naturally came to me.
