So what do you guys curl?

Yesterday was bicep day, I curled 75 lb dumbells, I looked so fucking jacked and huge. Did 2 reps all by myself, then got my buddy guy to spot me for the next 8.

Man are my legs+back sore !

Best I can do for 2-3 are 60lb dumbbells. 50's I can actually get a full 8 reps in.

It's ok. My curl numbers are crappy too. Just keep training and you'll be fine.

all the data from the original thread is still in the database. I just need to figure out why it disappeared from the forum, and how to get it back.

But it's all there, so eventually we'll get it back :thumbs:
