Skinny: I thought you were asian just because of your location: Sunny Hong Kong
Dachin: Been there. Early on doing stronglifts I was doing push press to get the weight up. Until I was set straight that I wasn't doing OHP. Get the form down with lighter weight and you will advance.
I did lat pulldowns, like how it was described in that article Halo posted. Palms facing me, narrow grip; felt great in my back. Lats were getting nicely pumped. Wish my gym had more mirrors so I could 'mire myself more .
Hope I did it right, because I only read it once quickly before I went off to the gym

I've always done this for my back workouts. Love it, and it really did a lot for my biceps as well. I find doing the underhand-grip lat pulldown and weighted chins are good enough for my biceps. Maybe a couple sets of curls here and there, but no dedicated day.
Try palms facing each other too, using those v-shaped attachments. I hang them from the chinup bar. I don't do curls either, or pulldown machines, just different chinups.

Almost finished my second cycle of the 8-Week Strength Program Tim wrote up. 2 months of hard work and labor made me add a ton of weight to my 1RMs. I'm lacking a lot in legs and will probably incorporate the Squat Program he wrote up with the 8-Week Strength Program as well. 3 more weeks and I'll have new 1RMs again. Here's my current:

Not bad for empty stomach, and still higher than Mondays numbers. I saw some old guy waiting on me, so I left the squat rack...he proceeded to do curls.
A lot of the really toned trainers have people doing these TRX exercises, they always use it, and always doing the weirdest shit. I've tried it a few times (dips & pullups) it's soooo difficult. Anybody here use this thing?
That's all fine and dandy but you can do ALL of that with dumbells. I guess if your working out at home that's fine but I would way rather do...... wait for it......
