Was feelin it today so I decided to take a BROFLEX pic while stretching. This is @ 206 lbs. Still have a bit of a gut, but it has gone down since starting. But man, it really is true that it is the very very LAST place you lose your fat when cutting:

started off doing squats, whilst i'm resting this personal trainer takes off one plate and puts it for the guy she was working with until i say that's mine
Then she stands behind me so i have little movement to even do a squat..
After i tell her to move, i see her telling the guy to do a deadlift, man was he rounding his back, told him to arch his back otherwise he's going to get hurt
Anyways, switched to overhead presses and halfway between my sets this guy comes up to me and says "How many more sets"?

After was done that, i rested and waited the guy to come.. he never came..
Started doing deadlifts, and took a plate off the bar next to me which the personal trainer was using so i could do my last set.. Btw, she didn't put away the bar, just left it there, so i figured she wouldn't come back. Of course she comes back, and asks me to give her the plate. Took a plate 10 metres away and gave it to her
^^totally why I do my workouts before I turn in for the night around midnight.
I used to go right after work cuz my shop is right beside my gym but there's so many dumb people and I hate waiting for a bench or the rack cuz it's so packed

this^ all depends , if you're just starting into the program the weights are gonna be light so ..why take such a long break ? but up to you i guess haha :P im only on week 2 ;o bout to go gym
ps : for those who did/doing the stronglift, when things get heavy do you use a spotter ? or do you just lower the weight and resume again so everything you do is without a spotter?

fuck ... if you guys think the gyms bad now, just wait till the new year's resolutioners come in and start stinking the place up. They'll be gone by mid january probably though. Sigh. Will probably make for some good LOL's though.
I think for the first time since September 2009 .. it is time to cut. Cousins weddings in May .. mexico trips coming up in June .. can't be the fat dude in the pool. Good bye 225 lb gut .. was good knowing you .. gonna miss you. Will think of you every time I see a donut lol
