I am the same height and maybe 5-10lbs lighter than you are but no where near as big
So Ive been really pissed at this girl I was screwing around with, which stopped. That gave me a huge wave of motivation/release of anger so Ive been going hard, running and hitting the bag and weights. Its a love hate thing, this type of motivation haha, but itll get me going hard for at least a week

bring your arms up way more when u flex, will pop your shoulders out

man you're lookin pretty good nohomers. youre going to be a beast when your balls start really pumping grow juice in late teens early 20s. i am jelly.
also dont worry too much about looking uneven in pics. its hard to flex everything even. and even that being said, the bber with arguably the most balanced and symmetrical shape looks way off in some pics

Been on stronglifts 5X5 for 11 weeks. Current figs: 5'11 260 lbs(fat)
Squat - 275
overhead press 130
deadlift - 265
bench press - 190
barbell row - 170
Anyways, I'm going on 3 week vacay on Sunday so I decided to go for PR!
Squat - 315Lbs X 5
DL - 315 X 3
Bench Press 225 x 3
What a great year! Gonna reset in Jan and go at it some more. Then try to lose 50 lbs Lol.

7seven: I really can't stand all these idiots who hit the gym now just because they watched 300 and want to be like a spartan. Case in point, this skinny guy comes into the gym the other day, must have only weighed ~ 140lbs, loads on 2 plates on the bench rack, mutters to himself, for sparta, unracks the barbell and proceeds to drop it directly on his chest.
cool tattoo! would be neat to do one like that but have each continent done in a traditional form done while traveling to each continent. brb antarctica.

i'm an ectomorph, and i have trouble gaining weight. i've been trying to gain weight for the past year, but no significant changes. just going from 120 to 125, and back to 120 again (maybe 'cause i stay up too late?) i don't care if it's fat or muscle, i just want to be at least 150 before summer (excluding the potbelly)
any certain diets/foods that will give me some meat? any advice would be appreciated

I thought about doing that but I don't know when I'll be back in Europe or Africa again. Didn't want to be walking around with a patchy tattoo for years. I'd like to get a traditional done in Japan, just not sure what. If I know I'm going to get back there again (for a third time) I'll be sure to have something planned so I can make it happen.

This is a tough time of year to stay dedicated. Xmas parties and shopping really cut into your time. Temptations from sweets are everywhere. Had to move my work out times to whenever I have spare time during the day. Still going to get in at least 3 workouts per week. Trying hard to avoid the sweets since I am starting to cut.
