It's amazing how other activities, apart from lifting at the gym, increase your drive to go to the gym and lift, haha. Awesome job!
And I feel you...last night was actually the first time I was comparing my old pictures to my more recent ones before I posted them here and I was like, "was that really me not so long ago?" Things can definitely change within such a short period of time!
They usually have a variance of about ~8% (I've heard anywhere from 5-10% depending on the machine).
Some of em just do it based on height/weight/age, some go a bit further and combine that information with differences in resistance throughout your body (why you gotta take off your socks). Lots of broscience mixed with real science, but the only true way to get a BF reading is to get callipers.
yes, i have tires, and tire chains in my apartment, you wanna fight about it?

thanks man. before pic i think i was 23 or 24. just gross.
landscaping and weight lifting help eachother. work helps build that deep down hard man strength that i think is hard to get in the gym. and lifting helps make work easier.
and ya workin 10-11 hour days 65 hours a week in my busy time i still manage to gym 4 days a week. just really gotta want it. gains suffer a lot tho. winter is my growing time.
