just got home, :megusta: my legs are wobbly from the squats lol was harsh miring this one asian jacked kid at gym tho..was dl'ing 3 plates when i left lol
i must say..going to goodlife at night is best, so quiet

You aren't supposed to notice a difference. Most of his supplements he ordered are temporary effects such as the PWO, beta-alanine and amino energy. The multivitamins and fish oils are for health purposes. Everyone has their own opinion though.

I bought some whey protein today, never bought protein before. Still new at working out etc, but someone told me Kaizen whey protein was good and I saw it at costco. I thought it was pretty cheap and tastes decent.
When would be the best time to take it?
I've searched google, but there are so many mixed answers

i use to take a scoop when i wake up, 2 scoops after work out, and another scoop before bed.

now i just eat alot of high protein foods and 2 scoops after workout.

No... after work i'm tired as shit not motivated at all, but when I take assault or any pre workout it gives me energy/ motivation to fuck shit up at the gym

I take 1.5 scoops as soon as I am home from a workout (within 30 mins)

I tried Razor8 or w/e, didnt notice much. Ordered some 1 MR, see how that works, but Id like to try Assault.
