Holy...it's so tough transitioning from a strength-based style of training to hypertrophy. I'm tired as fuck, but feels great to have a good workout in.
just got home, my legs are wobbly from the squats lol was harsh miring this one asian jacked kid at gym tho..was dl'ing 3 plates when i left lol
i must say..going to goodlife at night is best, so quiet

You aren't supposed to notice a difference. Most of his supplements he ordered are temporary effects such as the PWO, beta-alanine and amino energy. The multivitamins and fish oils are for health purposes. Everyone has their own opinion though.
I bought some whey protein today, never bought protein before. Still new at working out etc, but someone told me Kaizen whey protein was good and I saw it at costco. I thought it was pretty cheap and tastes decent.
When would be the best time to take it?
I've searched google, but there are so many mixed answers

No... after work i'm tired as shit not motivated at all, but when I take assault or any pre workout it gives me energy/ motivation to fuck shit up at the gym
