Nice work LC. I am at 315 DL x2 as well. Can't get past it. Inb4 do more rack pulls. Hit new PR on bench today. 1RM 230lbs @ 193 lbs. Going to try 225 for reps next time. |

GYM tomorrow. Trying to hit a new 1RM for my deadlift before the end of the year. I've been going 6x6 with 315 lbs once a week. I can pull up 4 plates for one for sure. So I'll be trying 425-430ish tomorrow. Other than that, year end stats (last 1RM was at the beginning of Dec) Weight: 178 lbs Height: 6ft tall Current Bench max: 295 lbs Current Squat max: 360 lbs Current DL max: 415 lbs Total: 1070 lbs (I used to be at 1120 lbs for the 3 totals =[ ) |
went snowboarding yesterday and the day before that i worked out legs. Mind you im a newbie snowboarder so i bailed multiple times pretty damn hard. Pains all over my body but the only thing i can think of when waking up today is working out. Missing a day sucks. Gonna attempt my arms and shoulders routine today despite some nagging pain cause i know not going to the gym will prob only make me feel worse. :accepted: |
Tried out the 100lb DB's for flat bench today. Slightly disappointed only managed 3 reps (was doing 95's for 8), but it was my goal to rep them before the end of the year :p Good enough for me. |
I haven't done any kind of flat bench in almost 5 weeks. Been focusing on incline only and my weights have gone up great. My 1RM max on db's used to be 80lb on incline I'm now repping 85's for 6. Not sure how this will affect my flat bench but I guess we'll see. I'm going to do all my 1RM's over the next week so I can get a gauge on my progress over the next year. Hoping to make the 1000lb club :alone: Berz out. |
