@ RRxtar: Good info, so the way to target the "coastal" pecs would be to do reverse cable flys? (I imagine standing, pulling from your shoulders towards your hips?)
I've been working cables into my routine a lot recently for chest days and am loving it…I am doing inclined seated cable flies, but doing it at an slight angle to isolate, and standing and pulling cables forward…really great burn.

i know halo posted it last week, and im starting to the think the same thing that proper flies do as much if not more for building chest than bench does.

once you have good mass in your chest then crossover cables would start have the efficiency of dumbbells in defining your chest Posted via RS Mobile

My problem w/ diets has always been being lazy. Last night had 6 eggs for dinner instead of cheating and just eating what moms made. Halogod is my idol
Haven't had sugar in a few days ... everything tastes so sweet now. Shoulders are starting to poke again and stomach is slowly going away. Bitches gonna be mirin my 'sthetics soon
