FAILED 315LB SQUAT (well not full range of motion)

Did it before, TWICE...wtf happened today

Took out my rage on some leg press...25 reps dat burn

Instead of buying steaks, look for deals on striploin (or ribeye.. or whatever the hell cut you like) roasts. Between save-on, iga and nesters, I can usually find one of them per week selling roasts for $3.5-4 a lb.

Take home. Slice. Feel good about saving $1-2 a lb.

Fuck I paid $38 per 100g for some good striploins the other day, and that was a good deal for the quality.. that's $22 CAD per lb

And there you have why it's hard to bulk in HK

Sc has a open sewage pipe by the racks Wtf? Stinks like shit. Failed 225 floorpress with no spotter... Rolled it off me lol


Still .. a damn good workout. Killed legs, did floorpress, and at the end threw in some biceps for good measure. Met a friend of mine whose into olympic lifting, he tried to teach me the proper way to clean, but my quads were way too wasted to even hold the bar Feels so good. Pumped as hell for back tomorrow gunning for 405.

Back at it tomorrow. I live next to Commonwealth Pool in Victoria and could see the parking lot was super busy all day.

Going to be plenty of entertainment in the gym lol
