@Alpha not being harsh but i remember you saying you started working out less then a year ago on this thread and said you needed to cut, How In Gods name could you of gotten to those #'s in that little time W/o roids/Arnold genes 0.0 Post a no homo pic? :megusta: did my squats, OH press and DL today and added some a set of bi n tri in there just to get that pump. Also saw guy at my gym..using straps for DL with only 35lb each side :fulloffuck: like i understand if it's maybe too heavy for them, but man they should be working on their grip (i got that from you guys :troll:) and not use straps just yet! lol felt like going over and telling them but..they prob woulda looked at me like " :fuckthatshit: the fk is this fatty telling us " |
