Just posted my routine in the club, but I guess I can repost it here:

Guess I should post my routine

Morning drink: Essential AmiNO (2 scoops) = 100g caffeine to get my ass in gear + 5g beta alanine, 0 calories

Pre-Workout: 1 heaping scoop White Flood = 200-300g caffeine? + I add 10g BCAA

Intra-Workout: 3 scoops Xtend = 10g BCAA + I add 5g Leucine

WORKOUT PLAN

3 days a week, total body training, fasted.

Just finished a 12 week cycle of Chad Waterbury's "get lean" program from his book. This combined a heavy, medium, and light day each week, total body, and 10-15 mins of HIIT. It was OK but by the end felt a bit too 'light' for my goal of body recomp (rather than cutting)

So I have switched it up to LeanGains reverse pyramid training. You can read about it here, but basically it goes like this

First set = maximum effort at whatever rep range you're aiming for
2nd set = 10% less weight, 1-2 extra reps
3rd set = 10% less weight, 1-2 extra reps

I find that it is good to have a lot of VARIABLES when lifting, and this hits the right spot for me. A good combination of heavy lifting with a lot of volume.

I still like total body training, so my each day I do 1 upper body push, 1 upper body pull, 1 deadlift/squat variation, 1 leg lift (except on deadlift day)

So my weekly routine goes like this:

Day 1:
Deadlifts
Military Press
Chinups

Day 2
Squats
Bench Press (DB or BB)
Cable Row
Leg Curl

Day 3
Hack Squats
Dips
High Pull
Leg Extensions

Sometimes I feel like mixing things up, which I can do on this plan since as long as I am doing a heavy push, pull, and legs, I am covered.

Yes it was incredibly stupid, and he knows it. The fact that he didn't lie about anything else is his only redemption. If he was still the skinny turd in all his other pics, believe me, he would be the next Bradford Chow of RS :D

I don't know man, I can't let that slide. Halo is posting in a thread where we all want to talk about lifting. He posts a pic of an actual body builder claiming that it's him, and proceeds to tout himself as the strongest dude on the forum, throwing out crazy numbers each post.

There are guys in this thread that want actual advise and are just beginning to lift that don't need a fraudster posting crap like that. We're all local folks here, to pull what he did isn't passable in my opinion. Props to everyone here who is honest, and aren't keyboard lifters like Misc, and double props to the guys who posted pictures of their own, and not a Google search of some jacked dude. I was actually pissed off thinking about it on my way to grab food just now LOL.

Thanks man, I have along ways to go if I'm ever going to compete in the Sandra Wickham this year though.

Natural? Yes and no. I've done some cycles of Anavar and TBOL in the past, the pics of posted from Mexico I was on TBOL.

I'm currently not on anything right now, but I will be doing a 16 week cycle of Sustanon starting end of this month.

i have given the members insane amount on REAL info that they have used to help them with there goals

I'll giving you props for coming clean, but you still have to know your posts have lost a ton of weight by pretending like that. I know you've had enough people slag you for it, so I won't beat a dead horse, you're still a big guy if those pics are in fact you.

@Strykn I'm going to poke 250mg (1 cc) each week for 16 weeks. This is my first time doing injectables, I have no idea how I'm going to poke myself LMAO. My girlfriend won't do it for me, so I might have some buddy's at the gym do it, but I've heard it's always better do yourself.

Halo, I'm curious though, why did you do it? You're already a bigger guy @ 280 lbs, what was the point of stealing another body builder's picture? Trust me I'm not trying to beat a dead horse, I'm just curious why you felt you were not up to snuff to be yourself?

I was thinking about Test-e, but from what I've read, you carry more water with it than Sust, since it aromatases more?

yea u get more bloat with E but can always take arimidex EOD to kill the bloat but it will hinder some of ur gains
