legs still hurt after 3 days... a2g squats to failure are killer. Going to turn this 185 for reps into a 20rep squat challenge in a few weeks

2 weeks off, off creatine for a month, shrunk in size (actually really obvious others claim), lost pretty much all gains

note to others, dont take time off lol, worst feeling ever

been on creatine for 4 months now, taking it only on workout days... gonna stop very soon when I'm on my cut.

hopefully my lifts will remain the same

i thought creatine was only beneficial to be taken 5g everyday unless your a bigger dood like strykn and can take 10g

man just reminded me alpha, i took 1 melatonin and a dose of ZMA last week and i fucking experienced sleep paralysis... scariest fucking shit i ever experienced srs

I've never experienced that, but heard from lots of people that drink that they get it or just had lack of sleep the day prior

creatine isnt a per use supplement. its a built up in your system one. 5g every day for 3-4 months then take a month or 2 off. depending how much red meat you eat you can still get 1-1.5g a day thru food.

Still recovering from my flu but went to the gym anyways....repped 345lbs DL 4 sets of 5 . Then had a solid back workout. The road to getting stronger and bigger for 2012 begins!

Guys talking about going on gear is tempting me.

i stopped after i kept taking them with my multi-vitamins and started gettin killer headaches at work lol but i still have like 3 bottles of epi left or so and caff pills, thinkin of going back on it..just no more taking them at same time. It's an amazing stack btw..especially if you do a lot of cardio (i did cycle classes)..everytime i came out of a class i felt lighter and my face didnt look as chubs lol
