495@165 in the summer...

Tweaked my back shortly after and haven't been the same since. :okay: Guessing relatively weak glutes contributed to my injury so going to focus on squats a lot more from now on.

tako and salmon were okay. tuna was mushy and the snapper tasted muddy.
