315 at 192lbs. Yes, I have a beer gut. :okay: 4 months of solid lifting, I am definitely happy with the progression. Although, Friend said 3 to 4 plate is tough - putting on my game face |
495@165 in the summer... Tweaked my back shortly after and haven't been the same since. :okay: Guessing relatively weak glutes contributed to my injury so going to focus on squats a lot more from now on. |
