it's all in your mind bro, just stay focused and work hard and if i see people in squat rack doing idiotic stuff i ask them to leave, or troll em :troll: |

what are the things you could use to clean chalk up? I remember seeing those puff balls on amazon or somewhere |
the wet paper towel dispenser |
is it weird to use chalk to bench? |
why would you need it :suspicious: , i guess to each their own, but i'd find it weird  |

after watching more of those pete's videos i noticed he was using an ammonia tork.. anyone else used before? |
LOL fuckkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk i did my reg routine today (workout B which was squats, OH , DL ) and then at the end i hit up the stairs machine and put it on level 8 and did it for 2 mins which then i had to hit stop cus my legs were crying in pain and they felt like they were gonna lock/freeze, and when i got off and touched the floor with both feets i literally buckled and fell LOL i got up like nothing ever happened :fuckthatshit: |
4 guys took 30 minutes on the pull up machine where you can have the seat for support. And i needed to use it for weighted dips since there isnt any other place to do it. all they did was extremely bad form pulls ups moving there body for thrust with 60 pound spot.. they all looked like they weighed 120:fulloffuck:.. On a side note PR for squats 205x2 |

on another note i was talking to one of my friends who's in med school already and he told me 95% of the time people do deadlifts wrong orly, i never had any issues :fuckthatshit: |

Hell, even when I started working out my own brother taught me the deadlift wrong. It's a hard exercises to master. @strykn what I did at FW was that I'd keep my chalk in a lulu lemon bag, insert one hand at a time, and pull it out without anyone seeing heh. |
it's probably easier to pull 45's each side than 25's since you don't have to bend down as much but when you've deadlifted for a while arching your back is second nature, you don't need someone telling you that you're rounding your back, you just do it another video, about as angry as you can get |

And I use chalk when I bench. Both on my hands and on my back when I'm going super heavy. It prevents me from slipping out of my arch Posted via RS Mobile |
^ Can u buy the ammonia local? if so let me know |
jim whats the warm up process at meets like? how do you get to warm up? |
Any of you Guy's Own a Punching bag?.. i got one a few weeks ago and it's a pretty crazy workout, their recommenced fitness set was to workout non-stop punching for 20 minutes and I've tired to do it,10 to 15 minutes i am tired & arm's are burnt out. |
Strykn u may want to get liquid chalk from mec. No mess. Works decently well. Posted via RS Mobile |
