that has gotta be the world record for progress in 10 months.
from 235 to 183 in 5 months. then from gym nub to pretty ripped in 5 months.

IMO if youre gonna do rack pulls and deadlifts i'd do deadlifts first than rack pulls and call it a day for back... and a couple of pullups with weight would be pretty good if your back isnt wasted.

EX: 5 sets of deads - 2-3 sets of rack pulls... - - 2-3 pullups to failure

just my two cents

^youd definitely leave the gym feeling like "holy fuck what a back day!"

for what its worth, i always like to do rows before i do deads. they warm everything in your back up real nice. and dont really take anything away from your DL.

well the program i'm on only calls for 1x5 working sets of deadlifts.
so doing rack pulls on the same day wouldn't be that taxing

but i might try and alternate between rack pull and deadlift on weeks that i get to do them twice

What exercises do you guys suggest for the triceps which will help fill my shirt sleeves in?

I believe it's in the inner-head but correct me if I'm wrong.

He probably had that body before he got fat. I remember seeing the post on reddit, I can't remember the details though, but it was something along those lines I think

I wouldn't be surprised if he was taking clen or at least ECA
