did legs yesterday, rack pulls, back squats, high rep front squats , leg extension, then after i just did stiff leg dead with 2 plates and was repping the shit out of it. i cant walk today |
I've been doing a little more cardio and eating healthy again lately... I was getting a bit of a gut going on. I was fine with it till another one of my cousins got diagnosed with diabetes.. With a family history I should really be watching out a little.. Went from 207 to 197 in 5 days... lol Its up to 198 now but I'm actually leaning out even more since I eat next to no carbs (veggies only and a little bit of fruit from time to time).. My friends freaked out at me when I told them I was going through a dozen eggs a day. They didnt really get it that dietary cholesterol doesnt really have all that much effect on bad cholesterol in your body.. |

To limit the detailed biology stuff, LDL (low-density lipoproteins) are the bad cholesterol that you should be avoiding. A google search comes up with things you should avoid: deep-fried foods, whole milk (because of the fat), donuts, sausages, bacon, etc. I'm on the borderline of high LDL, so my doctor suggested eating oatmeal every day which I am doing. Hopefully my tests in November say my levels are low. Or else, it's a genetic thing and you need to take prescription drugs like Lipitor. I think a side effect is that it thins you blood, but I'm not sure. |

the inside of the egg does not contain anything bad, its the shell that has the bad stuff. that is why when u crack a egg do it on a flat surface, this will help with no shell in the egg mixture. |
