If it has Geranium/1,3 Dimethylamylamine in the ingredients advise you to stay away from it. I think its banned in Canada now I still see it labeled as geranium.

Assault, white flood are good ones.

Check www.supplementreviews.com for reviews on other preworkouts

Add HIIT. Monitor your diet/calorie intake and make adjustments as needed.

I really recommend you do some full upper-body workouts to start off with first before you go into isolations so that your body structure has a good and balanced muscle base... often times what people will do is start doing isolation bicep curls or isolation flys, and they won't get enough blood flowing throughout their muscles, so they won't end up with the good pump. Build up a strong muscular structure first with deadlifts, pushups (very effective for deltoids, pecs, forearms, bi's, tri's, back), dips, power cleans, squats. These exercises get your bones and tendons involved and that's essentially what you want. Once your bones start getting more flexible and strong, you can start doing isolations. And trust me, you'll feel it when the time comes..

If this is true, you definetly don't want to take it. Unnatural change in the width of blood vessels puts alot of stress to circulatory system and in the long run can give really fatal consequences...

i know i was discussing this with dhillion and sonick a few days ago but:

which one of u signed up for the $15 a month sc deal? is the 1 year contract the only obligation u have or is there an additional fee u need to pay? and does it work if the 1 year pass u had before that expired was the socialshopper or teambuy pass?
