He means that salmonella and bacteria can reside on the shell (who knows what's going on in a chicken vagina!), which can contaminate the inside if cracked improperly and make you sick if you eat it raw or undercooked.

Not only that, but the shell of the egg is also porous and can let some of the bacteria into the egg itself. But egg farmers do wash the eggs in a bleach solution.. but its still good to run them under water before breaking them open.

i have been playing tons of squash lately and i love it, i use to play back in the day competitive, but i stopped cause i was pursuing bb full time lol, but since i have been cutting i have dropped some weight in the gym for weights but i feel like i can workout longer and feel really good, but it does suck working out with my buddies that are passing me on bench i am going to give it till end of july and see were it gets me, i think my body fat is around 11-10 ish now witch i am happy with, rrxtar dont pass me on incline bench or ill sabotage your weights in the gym jk jk . im glad to see everyone is still working out just as hard.

Hey,

Can someone from kelowna recommend me a gym? I'm staying in kelowna for the week.
Would like a place more geared to athletes but don't mind a rec centre with a power rack for example.

TIA

a new one opened up near the airport that claims to cater to athletes but i cant remember the name and have never checked it out.

the YMCA does not have a power rack, just a half squat rack and 2 smiths.
World Gym is your usual 'look at me' gym
Global (formerly Golds) is a real popular gym for strong guys

theres also Body and Soul that has a gay name but alot of guys really seem to like it

H2O and YMCA are not the same altho they are operated by the same people. H2O is brand new and just opened less than a year ago, Im not sure what its like.

Global will definitely be the best bet for a Power Rack. Im even thinking of getting a trial week there to see.

oh speaking of which. if you're only in town for a week, just go get a trial membership somewhere for free.
