I do it on some leg days going in and the machine going out, shapes your legs and your obliques. I do them only a few times a month, everytime you always get HELLA sore on the inside quads and flexors, feels good man.

Love them ... hard to do after heavy squats though, there's been a few times where my legs have just locked up and I fell over.

Man society is wack. Apparently being an alcoholic is cool and being healthy and going to the gym is lame. lol Im fuckin 28, getting pissed on a Thursday stopped being cool like 8 years ago.

who here has veins that show up after a good workout? Its supposed to mean your blood is rushing through your muscles right? Meaning you're getting the good pump?

my veins are always they, but they come out even more when working out,
also really low body fat helps
