dang. I should Listen to my body.
Didn't eat the greatest prior to the gym, and did too many warm-up sets for the Deadlifts, and tweaked my lower back to a minor degree when trying to lift near my PB (failed too.....). |

Tried maxing out on deadlifts today
Was shooting for 350 (45/45/45/10/5/2.5) each side
failblogged decided to go take out the 2.5's... failed again
Last time I maxed out I hit 340 and this time I couldn't pull it feeeels bad man
ended up doing 325 x 2 pretty fucking pissed off

Not sure if it's the Creatine or the fact that I've met a wicked girl but my workouts have been fucking KILLER the last 2 weeks. I'm feeling SWOLE all the time. I'm taking Creatine and Alanine for the first time ever so if that's what it's from.... Money well spent.
