Speaking of chest and back...do you guys think it's a bad idea to train your back the day after a chest day? So feeling the soreness as you row for example.

Hey guys, would some of you experienced folks care to have a look at this workout plan for me? Bodybuilding.com - Defeat Skinny Genetics: The 1 + 1 Skinny Guy Transformation Program!
I'm a skinny guy (6'0, 150 eek!) and this looked pretty good, but if there are other recommendations you guys have for routines or whatever, care to share? Besides that, I've been increasing the amount of food I eat and I'm taking a mass gainer twice a day!

Did back and cardio last night then chest, biceps, and abs this morning. Will run tonight. Phew.
Gone from 200lbs to 185lbs but can still knock out 10 reps @ 205lbs bench press.

Loaded creatine for this week, holy shit I can feel the difference. My muscles just find the energy to bust some reps out, I can definetly attest to it.
Squats were the best I've done today, but I need more carbs, I'm fatigued faster than my muscles are. Posted via RS Mobile |

i know it' been mentioned, but without searching through the other thread
what creatine do you guys recommend? I'd like to get some ordered up
i've taken creatine a few years ago and was fine with the first time, but they stopped making it and bought another brand and it gave me the shits like 5 mins after drinking it so i only took it like 3 or 4 times and stopped

Haven't done flat bench in a couple months. Previous 1RM was 225 (all I ever attempted) Been doing lots of incline DB presses and Decline as well hitting chest twice a week. Just for shits and giggles today I thought I would try out the flat bench. Ended up doing 260lbs x 1 with no spot. Very impressed with myself. Took a couple pics today might upload them tonight. https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?f...4&l=88e14947d0
ok there's a pic@200lbs
