I use this kind of bar at the gym and do curls cuz i really feel my biceps are getting a good pump

but then after i put it down, the part about halfway between my wrist and elbow hurts really bad. not like the sore kind of pain but the bad one like stinging pain in my bone.

any help would be great

btw i jack off with my right hand if that makes a difference

is it both forearms or just the one that you jack off with that hurts?

try using both hands, unilateral motions are greats sometimes but sounds like you are overworking the one side which may be throwing off your form in the gym

sorry i should've mentioned in my original post only my left forearm hurts. my right one is perfectly fine. I'll try adjusting my elbows and wrists again but if it doesn't work i dont think i should bother doing it again.

going to try 100lbs in a couple of weeks

that is solid dude, i remember when i did 100lbs and i almost got a boner when i was doing them, it feel good to achieve that, not many people reach that when they workout

keepz1 07-18-2010 07:14 PM

try jacking off with your left hand exclusively for 6-8 weeks, see if that helps at all

Another epic back day yesterday. Every exercise I increased weight + reps. Back on the horse baby! If only I can get my chest back in order.

^I agree I had a pretty good back day yesterday too, although I was mostly concentrating on my lats.

Back has always been my favorite

dont mess with test booster until you are older, you will fuck up your test levels, and actually you should have fine test levels as it is so there is no need for a test booster at that age.

has anyone gotten their test levels tested locally?

sas 07-19-2010 09:46 PM

God damn, I love Kelowna. Had the chance to train with a past Olympic weightlifter. Awesome coach and picked up great tips.

Secondly, that city is flooded with hot blond chicks. After my training session, grabbed a an awesome burger from Georgous George and hit the lake. Frickin' perfect weekend.

RRxtar 07-19-2010 09:53 PM

Is there a need to take a weight gainer and protein shake together? My friend went to GNC and got convinced that he should take a protein shake with his weight gainer so he picked up mutant mass and nitro tech. I think he got ripped because the weight gainer has protein already in it but im not expert so i dunno.....

Im going to start taking a creatine pretty soon just trying to figure out whats going to be best the protein shake or weight gainer, thanks

incubus 07-19-2010 11:00 PM

gnc hustle haha

he probly got the 2 worse proteins possible

sonick 07-20-2010 03:20 PM

Are you supposed to take creatine post-workout if you are taking a pre-workout product like Superpump, which already contains creatine?

DC5-S 07-20-2010 03:52 PM

ya
