gerbs you can do parallel but you'll put a lot more strain on your knees and they're going to feel like hit when you go heavy

just stretch your abductors more and you'll be able to do it in a while, we're meant to squat a2g

if i might gain 1lb in 4 months without creatine...

on creatine i would gain maybe 5lbs of bodyweight in 3 months, and then lose 3lbs in 1 month being off it. meaning id gain 2lbs of lean muscle in 4 months. at most

LEAN muscle. not body weight.

when you get passed the noob gains for the first year or 2, you simply dont make huge lean muscle gains anymore.

and creatine isnt to make you gain weight. its to allow your muscles to lift a little heavier (maybe 10%) for a while. and hopefully by feeding them with FOOD, and lifting heavier, you maybe put a little bit more muscle on.

creatine, beta alanine, etc, are not magic get bigger powders. they are simply a tool to help guys who have already made good gains continue making little gains.

IMO a2g is more of an ego thing than anything else. Once you are just below parallel, you have recruited all the muscles you need for squatting, unless you are super flexible.

Squat as deep as you can without excessive hip tuck / lumbar flexion. In my case that's slightly past parallel.

Not everyone has the mobility to squat ATG.

ATG is really good for working the most muscles in your legs but a higher risk of injury in your knee's if you fuck up the form/go too heavy.

Been debating to get cell-tech or not. But since its Valentines day Priced matched this baby plus 20%off

https://www.svncanada.com/product/10...-series-6.6lbs

It says to load 4 scoops daily for 5 days,(20g Creatine Mono) Would it still work if i loaded 20g Creatine Mono for 5 days then after loading is done, i go back to cell-tech?

Interesting.Back to researching again. I got to admit, I fell into the school of thought that atg recruited more muscles as a result of the range of motion.
But it's always good to hear other opinions, and do further Due Diligence

As long as you're not bouncing at the low negative of the squat ATG or past parallel is fine. I do ATG because of what you said, the range of motion increases and I feel a better burn in the quads.

i say if you are physically able to and are not training for anything specific then squat a2g, you have nothing to lose.
also you either go down and up without a bounce at all, or go down and bounce right back up like dropping a basketball. don't go down then bounce around down there then get up afterwards

Like some have said, not everyone can properly squat ATG.
I go as low as before my tailbone tucks in.

Assault will hit you pretty quick, take it 10-15 mins before youre gonna get at the gym, maybe drink it during the car ride to the gym. Definitely do not need to take it intra-workout as its effects linger for quite some time.

I usually don't count any creatine from PWO's .. just take creatine at the same time, every day, in the same way. Your body loves regularity, so let it have it. Try getting some green tea and dissolving creatine in there, what I've been doing (gets rid of grittiness + probably makes it more bio-available).

Yeah lately I have been basing everything I think about squats on what Rippetoe says. I understood it decently before, the biggest difference he made for me was switching to low bar, which immediately made a HUGE difference for me.
