ok im sure this is going to turn out to be like the "everyone post your back pic" thing where we all post deadlifting videos and then it turns out berz has been fraudin the whole time... i mean, what? so heres a vid i made 2 weeks ago when i was doing a form check. only 3 plates (max is 425) edit: yes thats a 45lb plate on the outside. for some reason my gym has shorter fatter 45s mixed in as well. Spoiler! at the very least it should give you 3 plate challengers something to shoot for |

that actually is a 45. my gym has about 6 different varieties of plates.. i dont know why anyone would make a not "45 sized" 45lb plate. |

Squats are getting kinda weak. Been slacking and doing random stuff for the past couple weeks. 225 squat 3x5. kinda shaky today finally got 135lb bench 1RM :alonehappy: and did 3x5,3x4,3x3 @ 120 :alone: 250 deadlift x5 w/ resetting every rep also started to incorporate some negative chins into my routine now. did 3 sets of 3 |
