I tried looking for these.. in hong kong the strongest you can get is like 20 lbs or some shit. Completely useless
My leg workout goes as follows :
squats,
stiff-legged deads
sumo deads,
and leg press.
My school gym doesnt have a leg extension or curl machine. All it has is a half rack and leg press for legs. So for hams and glutes i just do romanian/stifflegged and sometimes regular deads from a really low position. Also sometimes incorporate lunges, and throw in calves here and there.
For grip strength, I've been also doing sledgehammers. But the variation is, I hit it hard and try to hold it stable without rebounding on the tire.
For a tire, you can use any old car tire, dig a hole in your backyard (place it halfway) and go nuts.
I find it gives a killer workout if you really grip it hard and try stabilizing it. Forearms/hands are dead after this workout
i love going camping for this reason. jeffh and I usually end up chopping enough fire wood for a week. lol. doesnt hurt that im a chainsaw junkie too. hah
