This is what I'll be doing every day for the next 2-3 weeks

I will be eating like shit in Japan though. Extreme budget. Lots of protein though since I'll be eating beef bowls at Sukiya every day LOL

My leg workout goes as follows :
squats,
stiff-legged deads
sumo deads,
and leg press.
My school gym doesnt have a leg extension or curl machine. All it has is a half rack and leg press for legs. So for hams and glutes i just do romanian/stifflegged and sometimes regular deads from a really low position. Also sometimes incorporate lunges, and throw in calves here and there.

Thoughts?

For grip strength, I've been also doing sledgehammers. But the variation is, I hit it hard and try to hold it stable without rebounding on the tire.

For a tire, you can use any old car tire, dig a hole in your backyard (place it halfway) and go nuts.

I find it gives a killer workout if you really grip it hard and try stabilizing it. Forearms/hands are dead after this workout
