well i think you're supposed to keep the 5x5 throughout the whole time you do it, so if you start getting into 3x5, should lower weight again until you can do the weight that you just failed to do 5x5 and get it to 5x5 but im just going lower until i hit the 225 LOL (just for personal accomplishment) but ima go back and re do everything until i can do 5x5 lol

... i think i'll be the last to reach the 3-plate deadlift LOL but i'm not tall though

i'm really loving sqauts after changing my stance and form
the wider toed out stance let's me go as ATG and i can, then using the hip drive is great
was able to get the low bar position today....keeping my thumb on the same side as my fingers was the biggest relization, then just holding it to my back while squeezing my sholder blades togther
i can see myself really starting to progress with weight now...loving it
