Alright fuckers... here it is. And before you all say some shit about the rack. The gym floor is weaksauce and last time I dropped the weights I thought they were going to go through the floor so the gym owner asked me to use the crash bars. I got some blocks to offset the height of the bars but they aren't high enough to equal out what a full DL would be. Don't hate.

I've also started the race to 3 plates but i've been used to Mixed im at 295 About to go gym and pull dat 3 plates Mixed. I'll post a Video if I do it.
Also on the guy that used steroids at the a young age, I saw a guy that was on my football team (17 years) and he told me how he used roids at 14 to gain strength then stopped a year later. His arms are pretty massive but his strength isnt too crazy he dumbell presses 90's for 10.His back needs alot of work lol

its not 'only 3 plates' its you fuckin deadlifted 3 plates mother fucker. 90% of the world cant do that. and 90% of the guys who go to the gym dont even deadlift.

On a side note for those who do barbell rows: is your upper body completely parallel to the floor or more of an angle?
i started watching olympic lift videos last night and got really into it. powerlifting lifts just seems so pussy afterwards based on the level of difficulty
you guys should stop focusing on deadlifts so much if you want to get bigger. Yes deadlifts work many muscles but you arent going to see many significant gains from deadlifts
yes and no. deadlift isn't mandatory if you just want to get a nice physique (bodybuilding for example). the deadlift trains your gluteus maximus, arguably the strongest and largest muscle in human body. and if you want to become a 'strong man' then deadlift will turn you into just that. but if you just wanna have a nice body, then deadlift by all means isn't necessary. just my thoughts.
