ya i'm going to try shoes off next time....at what weight though is it going to make a difference? i'm only at 1 plate a side right now for squats, so i don't want to look like a try hard taking my shoes off for 1 plate lol but i guess my mind set should be, do it right and fuck what everyone else thinks |

Gym pet peeve. When you pick up a DB and the bolt holding the plates on isn't tight. How hard is it to tighten the fucking weights if you hear it clanking. When I pull a DB off the rack it's fucking go time I don't want to have to put that shit down and tighten it before I lift it. Oh and on that note just Declined 112lb DB for 6 reps. current weight is around 220ish at the end of night and like 217 in the morning if i had to say what body fat i am at i would say 7-9ish not 100percent sure i am starting to get veins over my shins and that happens below 10 from my understanding http://i43.tinypic.com/1t225y.jpg |
