you're probably getting enough vitamins from your food
with the 5x5 program, i'm thinking about going and just doing cardio on the off days
my guts starting to come back, i think it's from all the protein....on work out days i was taking 2 scoops after workout, and off days 1 scoop in the morning
i think i'm going to just do the 2 scoops after workout and nothing on days off, thoughts?
also on the days off i might add some chest/arms work depending on what i did the day before
point of 5x5 is to gain strength, cardio will burn precious calories and your strength gains will be affected, id say stick to the 5x5, follow it to the T (no added exercises), once you plateau youll be stronger, then begin a regular split and do cardio to lose fat, also if you feel your getting a gut try to clean up your diet while still maintaining a high caloric intake, or just dirty bulk and make gains, and lose fat later Posted via RS Mobile
I have my 11 year grad reunion in august (yes 11 year, they forgot to organize one last year ffs). gonna be like 'yo sup' to all the stuck up sluts in highschool who are all fat with kids now and be all like...

my diet is pretty clean...no fast foods, home cooked meals every night (chicken or beef)
i don't really see doing 30 mins of cardio twice a week really hindering my 5x5 performance
i'll continue on the programs as is for now and continue seeing how it goes

seriously considering a 5 day split now since my forearms really need work..thought my forearms were too weak to fap after ...
Someone was benching 3 plates at my gym today and recording. The whole gym stopped and watched when he started. He only did 1/2 ROM but it was still the most impressive bench I've seen at my gym by far.
Maybe not 1/2 ROM. It looked like he took a very wide grip and only went down til he elbows were 90 degrees. Then again, I said most impressive at my gym and my gym is pretty underwhelming

How are your arms feeling today? There are a couple different exercises I swap in and out with that routine but the ones we did are what have given me the best results. My arms are still pretty swollen today, just in time to ask out a hard 11 I've been mirin for a week
