how to improve the initial part of a deadlift? aka from ground to just past knees
really struggling to increase weight cuz of that part, fine with locking tho cuz rack pulls helped that alot
Sounds like a grip issue.

My 1 RM.
Bench - no idea but can do 135 for 5x5 (struggle)
Squat - 245
DL - 315
Wait....are you naked.... lol
Yes, yes I am. No homo intended. If you're trying to cut weight HIITs and a carb cut will get you there much faster. A friend of mine who posts here as well has done it and lost a tremendous amount of weight. Patience, knowledge and commitment is all it takes. Good luck bro.

I was only able to get 315x18 squat then I puked. Buddy didn't get it on camera because he forgot to change it to movie mode. I then did 315x12 squat which he got on cam. Posted via RS Mobile

Been hitting the gym ever since high school (Back in 2007). But I only actually got serious just last year (So 1 year of serious lifting). When I mean serious; I mean keeping track of your progress, eating properly, using proper technique, constantly keeping yourself knowledgeable, staying committed and just not fucking around.
Go to the gym, leave your ego at the door, and murder the weights every time.
Don't just lift the weights and huck 'em on the ground. Do it proper. You'll get better gains from being strict with form rather than lifting what you think you can and calling it a day.
Tweaked my back yesterday during my leg workout. F#$#%
Recently dropped the weight on my squats to perfect my form.
205 x 8 x2
135 x 15
Felt really good, and totally fatigued my core, as I concentrated extremely hard keeping my ass out down low.
After the squats I tried some walking lunges (70lb DB's prob weren't a good choice), made it about 6 steps, lost my balance and set the weights down. Must have twisted sideways as my mid back is now stiffer then an teenage boys.... err ya. Took the day off work to recover, can't even walk.
how the fuck u go from 230-198 in 2 weeks mind blown
I was 220lbs back on Jan 15th. Stop taking creatine and I shrunk ~15lbs of water in a 1.5week, Then I've been intermittent fasting/carb cycling since then lost around ~10lbs. And EC stacking since Jan 15th.

I was squating on the far rack, did 17 reps, ran out the door, and barfed on the grass. Gave the track girls a beautiful sight.
